Outside was all cold and white.  Inside, there was a warm, golden glow all around.

One of the reasons I like being a wedding rabbi so much is because I get to meet wonderful people at an extraordinary time in their lives.  I see each unique relationship unfold and deepen.  This couple was a wonder–sweet, complex, already beautifully complementary.  Their kindness and generosity towards each other and all around them was overwhelming.

Life is good.  The future looks good.
